This policy explains what personal information Finact ("we") collects through finactoman.com and in the course of our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) and, for our India team, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company, email address, mobile number, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• WhatsApp and email: the messages and files you send us.
• Client work: the financial records, payroll data and documents you share with us so we can provide our services.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver accounting, tax, payroll and audit services you have engaged us for.
• To send our tax and VAT updates if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only where needed to provide our services, for example with the Oman Tax Authority or Indian tax authorities when filing on your behalf, with your bank for WPS salary uploads, and with trusted service providers that host our website, email and document storage (such as Hostinger and Google). Our team in Thrissur, India may access client information to deliver services.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires accounting and tax records to be retained, and then deleted securely.

How we protect it

Client folders are shared only with the email addresses you approve and are protected by sign-in. Access within Finact is limited to the team members working on your account.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where the law allows, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
